Refund policy

We will exchange items at our expense in the following cases:

If the item you receive is different from the one you ordered.
If the item arrives damaged or stained due to shipping issues.

Important Notes

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations.

In cases of high demand, items may be produced to order, which could delay delivery. Please note that cancellations due to such delays cannot be accepted.

If you have a scheduled occasion for wearing the item, please place your order well in advance.

Order Responsibility
Once your order is confirmed or shipped, it is your responsibility to ensure receipt of the package.
If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or prolonged absence, you will be charged the actual round-trip shipping cost and handling fees.
Repeated cases of refusal, extended absence, or unpaid bank transfers may result in cancellation of your order and suspension of your access to our store.

Production Issues
While we make every effort to ensure smooth production, certain items may be discontinued due to material availability. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a refund.

Wrong Delivery / Initial Defect
All products are inspected before shipment under our quality standards. However, in the unlikely event of a wrong delivery or an initial defect in an unused item, we will arrange an exchange.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt after reviewing our [Exchange & Return Policy] and [Important Notes].
We cannot accept claims made after 5 days, so please check your items promptly upon arrival.
After confirmation (such as through photos), we will arrange an exchange for a non-defective item.
Only items that are defective or different from your order are eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange & Return Policy
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If the order details cannot be verified.

Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., color, size).

Items without tags.

Items received more than 5 days ago.

Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.

Items with odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

Items with damaged or missing packaging, tags, or accessories.

Irregular stitching within our standard range (please note that items produced in overseas factories may have looser standards compared to domestic factories).

Refund requests without prior contact.

Additional Notes

Even in cases of wrong delivery or initial defects, returns are not accepted.

If no replacement stock is available, we will arrange repair or refund.

Packages not confirmed in advance will not be accepted.

If you paid via convenience store or other non-credit card methods, please note that payment handling fees are non-refundable. (※ No fee applies for credit card payments.)

If the item does not meet our return policy, it will either be returned to you or disposed of.
