Shipping Policy

・For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 5 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends, national holidays, and long holiday periods such as New Year’s and Golden Week. Please note that we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

・For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery schedule provided in the product description.

・Once an order is completed, we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

・Customs duties cannot be determined at the time of shipment and will be the responsibility of the customer.
